nice variety rooftop setting poor housekeeping missing cups
The breakfast had a nice variety of choices and the rooftop setting was pleasant.
The housecleaning service was not thorough. They never refilled the coffee area or replaced used cups, disappointing. The cleaning staff barely made the bed and did not take the garbage out one day. A shawl i left on the bed was found thrown on the floor after the bed was made.

the breakfast had a good selection of options.
The room i was given was far from ideal. it felt very dated, and the noise from the street below made it hard to sleep. The windows didn't seal properly, frustrating. the receptionist wasn't particularly friendly. It seemed like she barely acknowledged me.

The room had a big bed and was very quiet. Breakfast offered a full continental choice on the roof terrace. Staff were cute and helpful! The location is central. Some key locations and local eateries were within a short walk.

i stayed for five nights. the breakfast on the rooftop was amazing. it offered a diverse selection of items, also. i especially liked the fresh pastries. i enjoyed the city view during my breakfast. my room included a stocked mini-fridge, which i found convenient.
the elevator seemed a bit slow sometimes.

the breakfast was a nightmare. there were no cups or plates etc. one staff member was rude. when i asked if i could have a cup, she told me i have to wait because they are being washed.
